Centaman User Groups a huge success.

Centaman, Australia’s leading provider of software solutions for the Attractions and Leisure markets, recently held their first user group meetings in Sydney and Melbourne for their key clients. The Centaman User Groups were designed to provide a platform for 2 way communication between Centaman and their customers as well as enabling hands on demonstrations of the new products and features of Centaman comprehensive range of solutions. In addition the meetings proved to be an exciting forum for Centaman users to discuss and share best practices amongst each other. The User Group Meetings where declared “a fantastic day” by top customers and other comments included “good to hear other centres ideas, issues and processes. Overhead People Counting Cameras Integrated with Ticketing and Admission Control When  NRH2O began the process of evaluating an new ticketing, POS and admission control system for the entire park, Centaman saw this as an opportunity to start with a clean slate and decided to ‘think outside the turnstile’ to deliver a key component; real-time in-park counts. NRH2O is city owned, and after our first onsite visit there were two things that really stuck. When the mayor shows up he wants to know how many people are in the park, and he wants his burger without pickles. The latter was standard functionality, but when we saw the old exit turnstile that almost every guest had to pass through, we knew that people counting cameras were the right solution. Swim to the Net: ARV bring learning to swim to the web with CENTAMAN

Aquatics & Recreation Victoria has been providing VICSWIM programs for Victorians since 1976. This proven program is offering one, two or three weeks during the January school holidays, throughout Victoria. Conducted by fully qualified and experienced teachers with small classes for enhanced learning, VICSWIM’s intensive five-day programs cater for participants of all ages and abilities. Last year VICSWIM offered more than 4,000 five day programs in well over 100 pools in Regional, Metropolitan and Open Water venues. As part of an overhaul of Aquatics & Recreation Victoria’s IT systems, ARV have entered a long term strategic agreement with CENTAMAN for the provision of a fully integrated system to manage all of ARV’s Learn to Swim, Course Bookings, CRM, Membership, Retail Store and online requirements.
